Vendors are a wedding planner’s most valuable asset, and they usually live scattered across a phone’s contacts, a spreadsheet and email. Wedinest turns them into a tidy, reusable vendor database.
Your own vendor database
Every vendor with their category, the areas they cover, contact details, photos, a link to their portfolio, your rating and your internal notes. Search and filter by category or area in seconds when a couple asks for options.
Assigned to each wedding, with contract and payments
When a vendor joins a wedding, their contract, documents and payments are linked to that wedding and its budget. You always know what has been paid and what is still due to each one.
Documents only for those who should see them
Upload rate cards, brochures or terms to the vendor’s profile and decide whether they’re for your studio only or also for the couples the vendor works with.
Import your vendor spreadsheet
If you already keep your list in a spreadsheet, import it as CSV or Excel: Wedinest recognises the columns, flags possible duplicates and gets it ready to use. Export it again whenever you like.
Why keep your vendors in Wedinest
- A vendor catalogue reusable across weddings.
- Filters by category and area.
- Contracts, documents and payments per wedding.
- Payments connected to the wedding budget.
- CSV and Excel import and export.
Frequently asked questions
How do you organise wedding vendors?
With a single vendor database sorted by category and area, assigning each wedding the vendors involved along with their contract and payment schedule. That way you never re-enter data and always know what’s been paid.
Can I import my vendor list from Excel?
Yes. Import your catalogue as CSV or Excel (.xlsx). Wedinest detects the columns automatically and warns you if a vendor looks like it’s already in your catalogue.
Can the couple see my internal notes on vendors?
No. Your catalogue notes are internal to the studio. You decide which of each vendor’s documents are shared with couples.
