Draw each room’s outline with its tables, bar or stage and save it as a venue template. For every wedding or celebration you apply the plan of the room that was booked and only adjust tables and guests. Each event holds two plans, for example the drinks reception and the dinner.
Guests, RSVPs and menus
The client shares their list or you import it from Excel, and guests RSVP through an online form or the event website, with their allergies, dietary needs and any questions you add. Export the plan and the catering summary, with people, high chairs and special diets per table, for the kitchen.
Weddings and other events in one calendar
As a venue you can create weddings and any other event: a first communion, an anniversary or a company dinner. They all appear on your dashboard and in a shared calendar that syncs with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.

Keep room hire, menus and extras in a catalogue and send the client a proposal with prices and a payment schedule. The client reviews it in their portal and, once they accept it, its amounts go into the event budget.
